The WINGAS Customer Portal is an online platform where standardized trading products can be purchased and contractual options exercised quickly and easily. In addition, the customer portal provides an overview of all executed, ongoing and potential transactions. With its many functions, the customer portal is already being used by well over a hundred customers.
The prerequisite for access to the customer portal is an existing contract relationship with WINGAS. Afterwards, the access to the portal can be requested from the personal account manager. Via the account manager, the customer receives the company administrator form by e-mail, which the customer fills out, signs and returns. Subsequently, the desired company administrator receives their personal access information from the customer portal team. After registering in the customer portal for the first time, the company administrator can independently add more users upon confirmation of the customer portal terms of use and privacy policy regulations.
