As you can see from the press release of 04 April 2022 from Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the Federal Network Agency is temporarily appointed as trustee for the GAZPROM Germania Group and therefore also for WINGAS on the basis of the Foreign Trade and Payments Act until 30 September 2022.
Our primary objective remains to secure supplies for our customers and to fulfil our contractual delivery obligations. With the Federal Government's decision on Monday, we have come a big step closer to this goal.
